With a need to reinvigorate the torque business, Snap-on chose to work with Axis Design. This comprehensive project covered several rounds of user research, testing, and validation. This was followed by pin point design focus around customer needs, and ultra robust engineering to meet Snap-on’s world class product durability requirements. The end result was an exponential increase in product sales with a world class product.
